Who are Innovate2Educate Partnership?

Innovate2Educate Partnership is a multi-academy trust based in Staffordshire, uniquely representing a comprehensive educational journey from early years through to sixth form. Our family of nine schools works collaboratively to provide seamless education throughout a student's academic life.

Founded as Uttoxeter Learning Trust, we have evolved to become Innovate2Educate Partnership, reflecting our commitment to innovative education while maintaining strong community roots. Our vision defines everything we do: to deliver high-quality education that empowers young people to achieve their full potential, become well-rounded, successful citizens, and thrive as leaders in an ever-changing world.

What makes us unique is our innovative approach, allowing us to provide adaptive education at each crucial stage of a child's development. Our structure enables smooth transitions between key stages and ensures that every student receives targeted support and challenges appropriate to their age and ability.

What is a multi-academy trust?

Multi-academy trusts (MATs) are not-for-profit organisations that run several academies (schools). As a MAT, we combine the strengths of each of our schools while maintaining their individual characters and connections to their local communities. This allows us to share best practices, resources, and expertise across our family of schools while ensuring each retains its unique identity.

Our Trust currently comprises of:

First Schools (Ages 3-9)

Middle Schools (Ages 9-13)

High School (Ages 13-18)

Together, we create an educational journey that nurtures, challenges, and inspires every student at each stage of their development.
